At Krishna Waterproof, we are committed to expanding our presence across India through strategic partnerships with dealers and distributors who align with our values and contribute to our goal of delivering premium rubber-based healthcare and utility products under the trusted OPQ brand.
🔷 1. Type of Engagement
We welcome both exclusive and non-exclusive dealership arrangements, based on mutual understanding and the specific product categories involved. Given our diverse portfolio, exclusivity will be product- and region-specific.
🔷 2. Dealer Classifications
We may appoint:
Distributors: For bulk supply, warehouse management, and sub-dealer networks.
Dealers: For direct sales in specific geographies or sectors.
Channel Partners: For institutional sales, tenders, or government contracts.
🔷 3. Eligibility Criteria
Prospective partners should meet the following:
Minimum Order Value: ₹50,000 at the time of onboarding
Annual Turnover: Minimum ₹60 lakhs
Experience in Sector: Not mandatory; experience is valued but not required
Geographic Reach: Open to partners across India
🔷 4. Preferred Attributes
We seek partners who:
Demonstrate ethical business practices and transparency
Have a strong focus on customer service and responsiveness
Possess local market understanding and a reliable sales/service network
Show a willingness to grow with the brand and maintain long-term commitment
🔷 5. Product Access & Pricing

Access to the product range will be mutually decided based on the partner’s capacity, market, and strategy.
MRPs are fixed, but discounts will vary depending on the order volume.
Special incentive slabs may be offered for high-performing partners.
🔷 6. Sales Targets
No sales target will be imposed in the first year.
Subsequent years may include performance targets, linked with additional discounts and benefits.
🔷 7. Training & Marketing Support

No formal training is required, as we appoint only experienced organizations.
Marketing co-support (branding, campaigns, exhibitions) is available based on specific distributor agreements.
🔷 8. Legal & Documentation

All appointments will be formalized through a Dealer Agreement or MOU, issued post due diligence.
Agreements will span 1 to 5 years, and are subject to performance-based renewal.
Periodic reviews and audits will ensure alignment and growth.
🔷 9. After-Sales Support

Dealers will not handle product servicing. They are only required to return defective items to our warehouse.
Replacement products will be provided by the company after inspection.
CRM tools and digital sales tracking will be introduced in future phases.
