At Krishna Waterproof, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality products under the OPQ brand. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following policy for return, replacement, or refund:
1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement/Refund

A request for return, replacement, or refund must be approved by the Customer Centre of Krishna Waterproof.

Approval must be obtained within 3 days from the date of receipt of the package by the customer.

In case of any delay, the reason for the delay must be explicitly communicated to Krishna Waterproof.

Approval in such delayed cases will be at the sole discretion of Krishna Waterproof.
2. Conditions for Return

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Items must be returned with original tags, invoices, and accessories (if any).

Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return or replacement.
3. Replacement Policy

If the product received is defective or incorrect, a replacement will be issued after evaluation.

Krishna Waterproof reserves the right to inspect the returned product before processing the replacement.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

5. Non-Returnable Items
