At Krishna Waterproof, we are committed to delivering your products safely, promptly, and transparently. Please review our shipping policy below for a better understanding of our delivery practices.

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within India only, covering 29,000+ pin codes across metro cities, tier 2/3 towns, and remote regions.

2. Shipping Partners
We primarily use India Post for reliability and wide reach. Depending on the order and location, we may use other trusted courier partners or transport agencies offering the best available service.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will be notified once your order is shipped.

4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines vary based on your location and courier service operations:

  • Metro Cities: Approx. 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2/3 Towns: Approx. 3–6 business days
  • Remote Areas: Approx. 5–10 business days
    (Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen logistics issues.)

5. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹1499
Orders below ₹1499 are charged actual courier rates
Bulk or institutional buyers are catered to via optimized logistics, without separate shipping charges.

6. Packaging
All products are securely packed for safe delivery.
Gift wrapping is available for all products at an additional charge.
To avail this, please notify us in advance via WhatsApp after placing your order.

7. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number on your registered contact (email/WhatsApp/SMS) once the order is dispatched.

8. Damages or Loss in Transit
We take full responsibility for any damage or loss during transit. If your order arrives damaged:
Share photo proof with us via WhatsApp or email
We will dispatch a replacement product at no extra cost
No refunds are offered in such cases

9. Self Pickup
Currently, self-pickup is not available from our warehouse or factory.

10. Bulk Orders & Institutional Supply

Bulk orders, including those for government and institutional buyers, may have a customized dispatch timeline based on order volume and destination. The lead time is communicated at the time of order confirmation.
